Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to make complaint regarding the product that I purchased recently. I bought a Air Conditioner Panasonic with reference number KPL/22/09/TR and type product CS-YN5SKJ 1/2 PK. I did the purchasing of this on November, 11.

After accept orders 15 units of a product that you send, one of them suffered a failure of the product. The product did not work properly, Ac very cold or not cold at all, I have lodged a complaint on your customer service center, but there is no respond or action taken till now.

I have been a customer of your store for long, but this incident made me disappointed with the service you provide. Therefore, I ask want you to take an action to resolve this problem as early as possible. I attached a copy of the bill and photos of the product.
